In most cases, bookings are confirmed instantly, so please check your spam folder if you don't see anything in your inbox.

What is the status?

If your booking hasn't been confirmed yet, we're working on it - and we'll let you know as soon as it has. In the unlikely event that we encounter any issues, we will let you know immediately.

1. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your rental is due to start, you’ll receive a full refund

2. There won't be any refund if your car is reserved for fewer than three days. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or while you're at the car rental counter at pick-up time, we'll reimburse* the amount you paid minus the cost of three days of your rental.

3. You will not be reimbursed if you cancel after the start of your rental or if you don't show up.

Depending on the conditions of your booking and the restrictions of the rental business, you should usually be able to make modifications to your vehicle rental bookings; you can do the following:

Get in touch with the rental company: Make contact with the vehicle rental business right away. If you need help adjusting your reservation, most organizations have customer care agents you can contact by phone or online.

Give Reservation Details: Make sure you have your confirmation number, the dates of your rental, and any other pertinent information on hand. This will facilitate the representative's search for your reservation.

Highlight Changes: Let them know exactly what needs to change. Let the agent know what you need- a different car type, changes in the pick-up or drop-off location, or a different rental day or time.

Examine Fees: Modifications to your reservation may incur fees depending on the specifics of the alterations and the rental provider's policies. Before completing the adjustments, find out whether there are any possible fees.

Verify Changes: Verify the amended reservation details after you've spoken with the person about the modifications and are happy with them. Verify that you get updated confirmation emails or paperwork that reflect the modifications.

Examine New Terms: Pay close attention to any revised terms and conditions of the car rental reservation, mainly if there are any modifications to the cost, length of the rental, or other details.

Save Confirmation: For your records, preserve a copy of the most recent reservation confirmation. This will demonstrate the modifications that were made to your reservation.

*NOTE: It's important to note that last-minute changes could incur additional fees or availability restrictions, so plan beforehand.
